These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital download products ("Products") provided by Baked by the Lake Inc. By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
All Products sold by Baked by the Lake Inc. are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped or mailed.
1.1. All Products are digital files only (such as PDFs or digital guides).
1.2. No physical item will be shipped. You will not receive printed materials, books, or any tangible product.
1.3. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product electronically via email or through our website.
1.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided and that they can access and download digital files.
2.1. Upon purchase, Baked by the Lake Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product.
2.2. You may use the recipes to bake products for personal use or for commercial sale, including selling baked goods made from the recipes at markets, online, or through your own business.
2.3. The recipes themselves may not be resold, shared, copied, distributed, published, or posted publicly, in whole or in part, whether for free or for profit. This includes but is not limited to:

3.1. All Products and related materials, including recipes, text, images, graphics, and videos, are the intellectual property of Baked by the Lake Inc. and are protected by copyright laws.
4.1. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.3. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.
5.1. Products must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2. You are responsible for food safety, labeling, licensing, and compliance with local regulations when selling baked goods made from the recipes.
6.1. Products are provided "as is." Baking results may vary based on ingredients, equipment, environment, and experience.
6.2. Use of the Products is at your own risk.
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baked by the Lake Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Products.
7.2. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.
8.1. Baked by the Lake Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
8.2. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
