4.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product via a provided link or through your account on our website.
4.2. Baked by the Lake is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent or delay the delivery of the Product.

7.1. In no event shall Baked by the Lake be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Products.
7.2. Baked by the Lake's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Products.

8.1. Baked by the Lake reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. By continuing to use the Products after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.2. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
By purchasing and downloading our Products, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge there is no physical product, and it is a digital product only that you will receive via email.
